I ordered toroid cores on February 5th. It is now February 22nd and the order still has not shipped. I have asked the seller for a refund but they replied they are on chinese new year. They did not state this up front and the order won't arrive on time at this point. Ebay's system won't let me cancel the order. I'm not happy with this seller or Ebay. I thought I was protected by using Ebay for this purchase but I was wrong.
