    Economical and good quality

    For the price, expected to be low grade but pleasantly surprised! Well made, plastic handle embossed with maker's name, head is well formed and does the job of lifting tacks / panel pins. Only used for light duty in domestic jobs, previous owners fixed down floor coverings with hundreds of small nails!

    The listing describes this as having a soft grip handle - it does not. It has a nasty uncomfortable rock hard plastic handle. Do not buy this unless you want a cheap piece of rubbish.

    Tack lifter

    Was not expecting it to be quality tool great strong and the head is very well machined it can also be used to get staples out due to the quality of the head I use top quality Osborne upholstery tools but this tool is as good as there tack lifter don’t be put off with the plastic handle solid

    A worthwhile purchase

    A very useful method of removing felting nails from shed roofs / tacks from carpets and many other tedious tasks of the same kind. Works well and is reasonably robust also much better priced than other equivalent tools
