Seller is nice and responsive to situations. My item was delayed to 1 day but seller reassured if I didn't receive it he would send me a new one. Quality of belts are good too, there are a few small scratches on the studs but it's alright and kind of understanding since I'm pretty sure most belts bought would get scratched in 2-3 days anyways. Highly recommend this seller ^^!

Belt was damaged (that's fine, these things happen), however communication has been poor - I concretly said I wanted a refund & it was agreed, then someone else messaged me offering a partial refund (they have different people messaging you and not checking what has already been agreed). It can take days to hear back. As they sent me a faulty belt & I had to go through the hassle of returning it etc, I thought they would have offered me a slight discount on another one, nope - haven't heard back
