I just installed the APMi 1500 1.d I had the Power Acoustik Razor 2500 1.d hooked up but i snatched it out it's a good amp but not enough juice for me! I have 2 15's Dvc 4-ohm 600 rms each sub, i have them wired at a 2-ohm load in a Customized Sealed enclosure built to the right specs,"I have my gains set correctly on my Audiopipe and the settings are set correct on my single-din Kenwood Excelon cd-player remote bass control knob plugged in my Audiopipe and let me just say my system is so loud and clear deep clean bass this amp blows the Power Acoustik 2500 Razor i had hooked before right out of the water i mean what a big big big difference! I am running all stock electrical but i did the Big 3 upgrade but my Alternator is 105 amps $51.00 dollar brand new battery not a XS Power battery like all the You-tubers. I have been installing audio since 97 so i know how to install & set gains the right way. I love the results from this amp and i had a Pioneer $60.00 Cd player at first but the Kenwood Excelon helped make a big difference also i had the Rockford Fosgate Prime 1200 1.d on the 2 15's also it doesn't compare to the Audiopipe 1500 1.d nothing but Audiopipe amps for me from now on! The Power Acoustik 2500 1.d will do fine for 2 12's or 2 10's but not for 2 15's....Read full review

These amplifiers work great but you have to have 14 volts going to them to perform properly and not chip off
