We will endeavour to replace all broken items or give a refund of the bid / buying amount at our discretion. Please report to us within 7 working days if an item delivered is damaged. If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt, we will then arrange to replace the item within the a reasonable timescales as per our terms of delivery. This guarantee does not cover effects arising from accidental damage or misuse of items, and is automatically classified as 'lost' if the item is opened by unqualified or unauthorised persons. If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect when received we will resolve the issue by taking back the said item and supplying a replacement. Minor issues may be resolved by supplying replacement parts or alternative solutions acceptable to both parties. Warranty: For items which are under warranty any defects in the goods which under proper use appear within a reasonable period after delivery and which are due to faulty materials, workmanship or design will be made good by us either by replacement or refund. Any claim for goods or the defective parts should be returned together with proof of purchase and (if relevant), all complete accessories, instruction manuals and software and, wherever possible, in the original packaging. Any claim for defective goods or parts must be made in writing (specifying the date of purchase and) within a reasonable period of time after delivery. If you change your mind : If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense.     Learning remote

    I I sold it on because it wasn't working any of my equipment and especially my important to Blu-ray machines have got because it was made before Blu-ray ever came out so now I know that's why it doesn't operate them so I sold it for what I paid for it it
