They have just arrived and I tried them on; perfect all the way round and down, plenty of gusset room, which for an S fit, is usually where the waist goes up one side and down on the other, as well as being roomy in the leg. Ten years ago, with deadlifter's legs these would be fine, but I am going to order the 56 next, to get the right fit.
