    This is a killer game!

    Not in a bad way! I am a racing game fan who's played from Gran Turismo and Forza to Need for Speed and Burnout, so take my word that if you're also a fan of driving games whether they're arcade or simulator, you 100% must play this game. Not only do you get thrown into a free open world to drive, but this game gives you a ton of things to do. You can compete in competitions, street race against other drivers, find secrets, customize and deck your cars, and even create a crew with other AI racers and free roam, and this is all just on single player! This is basically the Grand Theft Auto of racing games. You can play this day after day without getting bored. A must buy!

    While the Forza Series has always been one that I adored, Forza Motorsport unfortunately went straight into the Dumpster after FM3 and While all of the ‘Horizons’ have been really good, Forza Horizon3 has both things I Love & things I absolutely can NOT STAND- (I remember why I sold it after playing again) From Cars GAINING MORE GRIP IN THE RAIN, to the Physics Engine Changing at night, making it Harder to Drift, to the Unbelievable Traffic jams that occur (because of the games AI & it’s way of generating ‘Activity’ around the player) IN THE DRIFT ZONES- to the AWD CARS Having waaaaaay to much Torque on the Front wheels, what I refer to as “to much FM7 in the Physics’… Either way, it’s still a very fun game when it works properly! Unfortunately again, it doesn’t always- I do Love the ...

    Good game. You can make it as hard or easy as you want. You can copy other peoples upgrades to each vehicle or try your own hand at it. Tuning the suspension, brakes, tires, etc. can be challenging but very rewarding when you get it right. Get used to driving on the left side of the road. This game represents Australian roads and terrain.👍👍

    The review view

    The game is a lot more enjoyable that I had thought it would be. It’s core is just racing but I really love the hot wheel add on. If the game had law enforcement after you it would make it more enjoyable having that need to escape but that’s my personal opinion. Other than that I really enjoy the game.

    Still a great game for the price.

    Interesting to see how the Horizon games have changed over the years and how this one compares to the Motorsport games that had released around the same time. Gameplay is solid, but has certainly improved over the years. Graphics haven't aged super well but look good considering when the game was released. For the price a used copy goes for these days, FH1 is a great buy if you're interested in this genre of game.
