No need for any photo. It's GOOD. It's always good to have this as a cough drop substitute along with good quality honey. I believe it helps in digestion, too. Or, just a nice snack. Again, eBay NEVER once asked me to rate known rip-off products. Maybe eBay will censor this rating. I dunno.....

Very enjoyable, and easy to use in the kitchen.
The slices are very large and very soft. Good flavor, too. And sweet! For me, sugar is an issue, I get too much. I'm not diabetic, but don't want to be! So I tried an experiment. I got a pan of water boiling fiercely, then dumped in a handful of this crystallized ginger. Stirred it while boiling for just a few minutes, and let it dry. It's still sticky and moist, but has the ginger punch and a lot less sugar. I'm sure there is plenty of sugar still in it, but far less. It's just right, like this! I've left it at room temp, covered, for three days, but it might be safer in the fridge. I'll try both. It also 'grew' in size from absorbing the water, which makes it seem like more! I definitely approve, either all sugary, or less! Good for cooking and adding to fruit drinks, ... The slices are very large and very soft. Good flavor, too. And sweet! Excellent ginger slices. Exactly what I was hoping for, as to taste and consistency. And 2 pounds will last a while. Most are in the freezer. I take out what I expect to consume in a few days, and those stay in a sealed plastic bag on countertop.
