Please remember that 'Dispatch' time is different to 'Delivery' time. Dispatch is how long it takes to leave our warehouse. Delivery time is of course the couriers delivery time.
 
We want you to enjoy your purchasing experience, but please take the time to read the following, as there are somethings that we just can't do if buyers do not fully understand eBay.
Remember - Couriers only work weekdays and never on Bank Holidays.
So, if you order an item on a Friday afternoon it won't ever be given to a Courier until AT LEAST Monday.
 
Unless otherwise stated, delivery is to the ground floor, front door of the property.
 
* Check all items on receipt. NEVER write 'UNCHECKED' because no courier will accept this and therefore neither can we.
* If an item is missing, then some couriers (such as Royal Mail) will not accept that an item is 'Lost' until 14 WORKING WEEKDAYS have passed before a claim can be made.
* Check your chosen measurements or colours before ordering. If the purchased item was made to the customers required specifications eg an item made to the customers required size and or colour, or any other Customer Specific requirement then that is not the fault of the seller or our supplier so bare this in mind when considering returning an item.
 
*We always advise customers never to arrange disposal of an item (eg an old mattress), or an assembly service (eg a bed frame, flatpack furniture) until the complete order is with you, and you are happy with the item.
 
*Inline with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Part 3, Regulation 28 (b) returns for 'consumer specific' items (eg made to measure) and also Article 16 (c) of the EU Directive on Consumer Rights (2011/83/EU) as of 13 June 2014 "the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications" returns are not accepted for such made to measure, chosen fabric/colour or consumer specific items.
 
* If you want to collect an item then we cannot accept Paypal as a method of payment. Cash or Card is acceptable on collection but we would ask for an order confirmation to take the item off of stock.
* When you Purchase an item, whether paid for in full or not you are entering into an agreement to purchase, just as we are entering into an agreement to supply the goods. Therefore, we expect that all Buyers pay for their goods in a timely manner.
 
*If we or our courier have made reasonable attempts to deliver the item, but unsuccessfully (customer not in etc) and the item is returned back to us by the courier, then any re-delivery fee will have to be met by the customer before the goods are dispatched again. Couriers do charge to return an item back to the seller (RTS fee, Return to Sender fee) when an item has failed to be delivered because there was no access, someone to sign for the goods, or items were never collected from a local collection depot etc. This cost will be deducted from any refund, the same as if the customer wished to return the item for remorse reasons in the first instance.
 
* Any Buyer who fails to pay for an item will have an unpaid strike entered against them and their profile name added onto a database of bad eBay buyers list and blocked from all our eBay sites as well as all our websites.
