Ordered a specific cure bear style water bottle shown as in stock then dispatched. What arrived was totally different - just a zigzag pattern. I messaged and the reply was that they were out of stock so they sent me the other one.
Why didn’t they message to check first? Could have saved me the time and inconvenience of messaging them, opening a return, packing back up, and walking 3 miles to my local office.
Don’t bother. Companies like this with no personalised service are a waste of time.
