      WONDERFUL REPLACEMENT PART

      Why can't we ever find just the small washer, or the "special" gear or other pieces to fix a larger unit. With this, I have and would like the world to know. Dealer replacement cable cost was over $500. The cable was fine, but the bushing wore out or broke. I located your company, offering repair kit for $24.99. I couldn't believe my luck. After purchasing it, mechanic (who had never seen these replacement bushings) was equally impressed. He installed them at a modest cost, and it is working like new. My thanks go out to manufacturers who do this. It is truly ridiculous and just plain robbery that a cable thats needs a bushing sells for $500 plus (oh, and yes, dealer said he was giving me a discount) when repair can be made for $25. Plus cost of mechanic if you can not ...

      Waist of money and time.

      I ordered two of this bushing from Lakeland Florida which was shipped via USPS, which is the slowest possible carrier the vendor could choose and something they could of expedited for pennies. To add to the misery it was not shipped out of Florida for over a week. They will blame it on the hurricane, but the USPS location received it on the 7th and no action was taken even though the hurricane was still 3 days away from Lakeland. After I received the bushing which I payed much more for it than than it was worth, I find that they had provided an installation procedure and a soft black button to assist with the install. The procedure does not tell you if you should install the bushing into the cable and then put the assembly on the shaft or to put on the shaft and then install the bushing. I ...

      Fit perfectly!

      After researching โ€œshift cable bushingsโ€ online and going to the dealer to try to source one, this product was a great value at only $24.99. The dealership wanted to sell me the whole cable as they didnโ€™t offer just the bushing. They wanted $306 plus tax. Are you kidding me?!?! This product is well made and is exactly as described. The installation took seconds after removing two bolts and two screws to expose the cable beneath the center console. I would highly recommend this product as being made of high quality materials. You will not be disappointed.

      Fixed My Transmission Shifter

      Good quality and easy installation. Arrived one day earlier than estimated. My opinion is in spite of these positive qualities regarding the product, the cost is obviously higher than it should be for a small plastic bushing. But it works and I was able to repair my transmission shifter so I am happy.

      linkage of the future

      No bushit this bushing handles the pushing of my shifter with ease. On installation I could FEEL it lock into place once it reached the hilt just past the ball. I feel like this fix is gonna last a while, and the best part is, it comes with its own lube.
