Was sent the wrong colour of messy bun sent photo of what I received which was no use to me had to send photo of bag Jiffy bag which it came in this had the right number on but the wrong contents. Down loaded the return label and sent back in a post office as advised by them. Been asking for 10 days and the seller very sarcastic and unhelpful as she said there is no tracking order and so I didn’t send it! Even took a picture of the item packed with the label on! A nightmare avoid
