All Payments to be made via PayPal, unless you have agreed to collect in Store where you can pay Cash or Card.
 
All Prices include VAT and standard UK mainland delivery unless otherwise stated. VAT is charged at the standard UK rate. Any variation in the VAT rate will apply automatically.
 
DELIVERY
 
SMALL ITEMS: (normal cooker hoods, hobs etc) are quickly despatched on an all day courier service, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. You can expect Free Delivery throughout UK Mainland within 2 working days. For Next Day Delivery, please contact us first.
 
LARGE ITEMS: PLEASE PROVIDE 2 PHONE NUMBERS. Large items like washing machines and ovens are delivered using a Specialist White Goods Delivery Company - who are used to shipping large, bulky items and will take most large items into your home for you providing access isn't an issue. For example, if you have Narrow Doors or the Appliance you have ordered online is too big for your Doorway, the Delivery company will not remove packaging or doors in order to get the appliance into your home (in case they damage the appliance or your home in the process). Other access issues include Stairs and Parking.
 
The delivery company will contact you directly either via Text or Phone to arrange a time and a date depending on your post-code. Delivery in England and Wales is normally within a few days, Delivery to Scottish Post-Codes can take a little longer.

Why Recycle?
 
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UK's fastest growing type of waste.
 
Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle, electrical equipment will end up in Landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination - harming wildlife and also human health.
 
What is the Crossed Out Wheeled Bin Symbol?
 
To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeling bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
 
What is WEEE?
 
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis.

DAMAGE
 
As per distance selling regulations, damages need to be reported within a reasonable time frame - please thoroughly check all appliances for damage within 48 hours of receipt. After this we will not be able to make a claim with the delivery company or manufacturer. Please do not order if you cannot check the items within 48 hours but feel free to ask us to hold off delivery as we can keep your purchased appliances in our warehouse, ready for when you need them.
 
On the rare occasion that you notice damage at the time of delivery, you may wish to refuse the item. If you subsequently become aware of the damage after delivery please contact us within 48 hours IN WRITING/EMAIL. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the product(s) and/or packaging and sending this to us immediately will help us to deal with any problems quickly.
 
Under no circumstances should you install your appliance if you notice damage. By installing an item you are accepting the product and cannot claim for damage after installation. Installing a damaged item can void your warranty and can also be dangerous.
 
All of our appliances are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months with the manufacturer. If any faults arise after installation, please contact our customer service team who will be pleased to help. The guarantee will not apply however if the fault arises from misuse or excessive wear and tear. If your product appears not to be functioning correctly please first check the manufacturer’s instruction book and follow the fault-finding guide. If a product has been installed the manufacturer will need to send a service engineer to inspect the appliance to establish the nature of the fault. Please remember if a product is found to be installed incorrectly the manufacturer reserves the right to charge for the engineer visit.
 
We cannot replace or refund a faulty item without the manufacturer's engineer visit and only then if the engineer deems the item to be unrepairable, regardless of when it was delivered.
 
When installing a gas appliance a qualified Gas Safe engineer is required, all appliances will need to be installed by a qualified tradesperson, who will have the correct certification. If your appliance isn't installed by a qualified tradesman the manufacturer will likely void the warranty. We reserve the right to request an installation certificate for Gas appliances.
 
Where an item needs to be "hard-wired" by a qualified electrician, we reserve the right to request an installation certificate to make sure the fault was not caused by a "DIY" installation.

    Roomy yet compact, lightweight and quiet.

    I am well impressed with this little freezer, light weight so easy to lift and stack on top of where ever it is going. Got to temperature quickly and once there so quiet I have to keep checking that is is working. Very smart to look at, mine is in the garage but could easily live indoors, I went for the black finish. Good storage capacity, half of what is in my under counter freezer to be exact. As a camper van owner this would also be good for motorhomes, campers, caravans etc as long as you are on EHU, or maybe you have built a pub in your garden during lockdown and you need to store ice or ice cream in it.

    Bad Spray Work

    The door of the freezer was badly finished ie marks on the paint work looks like it was badly sprayed also with scratches. Under normal circumstances I would have return but needed it.

    Perfect for London living

    Our flat is too small for a full size fridge so we have suffered without a freezer. This fits nicely in the living room with our games stacked on top- an can hold ice cubes for parties, frozen goodies and a couple meals with ease. Not massive but effective. Quiet and compact it will be easy to move flats with us and eventually be our bar freezer.

    Better than expected.

    Having a very small kitchen,there was no space for a freezer so we had only a large freezer in our garage which was a bit of a pain.This small freezer for our worktop was a great buy as we can load it with 4 or 5 days needs and also a bag of ice.Great for fast chilling wine/beer etc.Tip to create more space..items like lasagne/pizzas can be taken out of outer packaging.Remember to keep cooking instructions if needed!It's amazing how much you can cram in.

    Compact Freezer A Great Buy.
