    Very impressed!

    I was very impressed by this order. The bottles are a great price and I know that the Biona Organic cider is great for ferments because I have previously used it for this. They arrived extremely well packaged with each bottle having its own individual plastic bubble to protect it. Mine also arrived with a fantastic shelf life of over 2 and a half years. Looking forward to using the vinegar in my herbalism preparations too.

    very good if you have type 2 diabetes it helps to remove the sugar, when you go to the toilet a small bit of BIONA in a glass top up with water drink every day.it works for me BUT my not be good for EVERY ONE

    Great product at a great price. I take it most mornings as an aid to weight loss. I cannot guarantee if its phsycological or not. However, this is the only thing I have been doing differently over the last few weeks and I have lost 6 lbs of my stubborn excess weight. Recently purchased another bottle so I will be continuing with my morning regime.

    Biona for arthritis!

    I started using this as I started to get arthritis like symptoms (don't know what the condition actually is). The first bottle significantly lessened the pain and then I changed to Braggs as its more popular, but then went back to Biona as the Braggs had zero effect (the pain came back like nobody's business). I would definitely recommend Biona to anyone developing these kind of symptoms.
