This item was exactly as described , I had a bit of rocky start as I had the wrong picture frame delivered but after contacting eBay & the seller it was soon sorted & the seller reposted my order they even said I could keep the frame I had received by mistake as a good will gesture ,once my order arrived it came with in a few days & I wasn't disappointed they are lovely my photos look great in the frames ,they were packed very well ,I would definitely buy again from this seller

I originally confirmed that they do custom size frames and then sent a very clear request for a custom size which was ignored. AFTER I placed the order they said it would cost £12 extra, more than 3x the cost of the original order though this is not mentioned in their listing and was not mentioned when I first contacted them. Once the wrong frame had been posted they said I could return it. And what, pay £17.50 instead of £5.50 for the custom size? Not a chance! Incompetent and devious seller.
