Very loose plugs on the video cable. They tried to say an earth fault but if I hold the insulated plugs together it works. I asked them to send me a replacement as I'd paid for the install and would have to pay again plus removal, if I had it at least it would be only 1 charge. Point blank refusal even when I pointed out they had ebay cover. Very poor, don't use.
