All goods are sold delivered at the price ruling at the date of despatch. Prices are quoted inclusive of VAT, subject to country of destination. Warranty process
 
Any parts purchased from Stanced Uk Ltd that are within warranty periods will need to be returned to either ourselves or the manufacturer in some cases (Please check) to be inspected and if found to be faulty the item(s) will be replaced stock depending. You the customer are liable for return postage costs and we the supplier are liable for replacement part(s) postage costs.
 
 
Cancellation and returns policy:
 
Correct Parts Supplied
 
If the parts that have been purchased are correct as per your order, we will refund the cost of the product minus a handling charge, which can be up to 15%. Carriage charges will also be deducted from your order. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all carriage charges when returning the product. Refunds can only be given if products are returned in their original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition. Once a special non-stock order has been processed (usually 24 hours) the cancellation of non-stock parts cannot be accepted.
 
Incomplete/Damaged or Faulty Deliveries
 
If goods are delivered incomplete, have been damaged in transit or are faulty Stanced UK LTD reserves the right to replace the product. Any damages or shortages must be reported to us within 24 Hours of receipt. All products are checked before dispatch. Any products that arrive to the customer damaged or broken must be returned in full (including all broken pieces) otherwise no credit or replacement will be given. If the goods have been damaged in transit and are faulty we reserve the right to replace the product. If the purchase is incomplete damaged or faulty, and a refund is required, then a handling charge of up to 15% will be deducted from the order value. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return carriage charges. If an order sent to the buyer is found to be faulty or damaged, a replacement will not be sent out until the faulty item's are returned in full. If a product is required urgently, we may suggest the purchase of another unit until the faulty item's are received. The item will then be credited.
 
Incorrect/Faulty parts supplied
 
If we have wrongly supplied parts we will at first try to supply the correct parts to you. If the correct products are not available we will reimburse the full purchase price if within 14 days Stanced UK LTD is not responsible for any labour charges incurred during the fitment, or removal of suspected incorrect ordered or supplied parts.
 
Product Exchanges / Returns and Warranty
 
If you wish to return a product for exchange then we reserve the right to deduct our initial shipping fee. (The handling charge is to offset the costs incurred by us in processing credit cards and packaging and shipping your order as requested). We can only accept returns for products which are undamaged and the packaging is in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of purchase.
 
Goods may not be returned to us for credit:
 
(a) Goods which have been specially ordered at your request;
 
(b) Wheel & tyre packages;
 
(c) Custom made parts or custom drilled wheels cannot be returned;
 
(d) Special orders from overseas suppliers are non-returnable;
 
(e) Deposits on pre orders are non-refundable;
 
(f) Goods that have already been used or fitted;
 
(g) Goods with damaged original packaging and/or which are not in a resalable condition;
 
(h) Goods which were purchased as part of a promotion or marketing campaign; (i)any other Goods identified to you by us or our Agent.
 
If you wish to return any item then please follow these basic steps:
 
Contact us via e-mail or for clearance. The member of staff will give you their name for authorisation. Send the goods with a accompanied letter explaining the reason for return, and a copy of the receipt to the following address: Returns Dept, Stanced UK LTD The Barn, Copy Hold Farm, Southend road, Bradfield, Reading, Berkshire RG7 6HB. We never delay refunds - They are normally actioned the same day, buy may take upto 3 working days for the bank to process.
 
 
Return Items Lost In Transit
 
We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item/items to us. We recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.
 
Guarantee
 
All items for sale on our website are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Every item unless stated is covered for at least 6 months unlimited mileage (from the date of invoice) – some items are longer. Guarantees and warranties cover manufacturing defects and not misuse or abuse.
 
Warrantees
 
Goods returned under warranty must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase and will be dealt with as a matter of priority with the manufacturer, for quality control purposes and to establish whether the cause is a genuine manufacturing fault. Stanced UK LTD is not responsible for any carriage charges or labour charges incurred during the fitment, or removal of suspected faulty, incorrectly ordered or supplied parts. All warranty claims are classed as return to base warranty.

Fitting of aftermarket parts. Suspension or air systems of which fitting was arranged by Stanced UK on your behalf – Any work under taken by 3rd party companies on our behalf or customers behalf is solely the responsibility of that said company, We will not be held liable for any issues with the work undertaken or thereafter. If you need your vehicle inspecting for faulty parts you can contact said company regarding this, Once we are informed of any parts that need replacing under warranty we will take action to rectify the issue. Disclaimer of Liability. Stanced Uk LTD shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly to work carried out by a 3rd party company on our or our customers behalf. We recommend that all components are checked for safety/tightness after a 100 mile bedding in period.

    Good product

    My van needed suspension all around the van. I searched for various items and considered everything...Price, reviews, quality, performance everything...on other items as well as these. I considered all of the major brands with various set ups before I took the chance and bought these. First of all the delivery was lightening fast and less than 24 hours from purchase. Secondly you get a two year warranty when all of the other major manufacturers only give one. Thirdly they are a well constructed and quality product Fourthly the price of less than £300 for a full suspension set including delivery is amazing Fifth the work well and just as well as anything I’ve lowered or drove in the past.     No instructions makes installation a lot harder than it needs to be.

    I have a few issues with this kit. 1, the claimed lowering range is 30mm to 65mm front and 30mm to 75mm rear. With the adjuster nuts on the suspension set for the 30mm drop I got a drop of 60mm all round which is way more than the wheel and tyres I have fitted can take. I cant raise they van up any further. When I phoned Stanced, they were no help at all. 2. No instructions so fitting involves a bit of guess work. I know Stanced says "For safety reasons, coilover kits should be fitted by a qualified vehicle mechanic/technician." But I would think a mechanic fitting this kit would want to see a set of instructions. I suspect most people buy this kit for a DIY install.

    Great value, good quality, good ride.

    I was a little sceptical about buying these but so glad I did. Originally I wanted B14s but the price tag just didn’t fit my budget. I got these with an eBay discount so only paid £285. I bought new top mounts and drop links to go with them and fitted these to my T5.1 in about 4 hours. It’s worth buying new bolts from the dealer as well, as mine where heavily corroded. The quality is good and the fit is straightforward. The ride is actually better than stock and with my 20” wheels I’ve lowered the van by about 75mm and looks amazing. These really are great value for money and I don’t think anyone would be disappointed if they fitted them given the price.

    T5 stance +

    After having H&R -40mm springs fitted for over 2 years I wasn’t happy with the drop or the ride,and definitely didn’t lower 40mm.The ride was terrible crashed over bumps but I put off buying coilovers as I wanted b14s but the £1100 price ment I couldn’t justify it.Ive only had these fitted 2 weeks but I have to say what a difference I can’t believe I put up with the springs and standard shocks for so long.I have the rear fully down lost about another 75mm + the 40mm I apparently had with springs,which is a lot,the front is about 20mm off fully drop but I think its perfect as fronts go much lower that rear,you honestly wouldnt want to go any lower as these go very low compared to others on market.The ride is stiffer obviously but the damping is so much better and now handles like a car.     Amazing value for money

    Looked at a few different brands in this price range wasn't sure which to go with glad I bought these they are amazing for the money ride is firm but not too hard over pot holes no worse than the standard suspension. Fitting was not too bad rear is easy setting the height is very easy van is sitting very nicely. I was going to buy just springs but if they are too low or not low enough your stuck with them. You will not be disappointed with Stance + Very happy with my purchase.
