      This customers parcel is sitting in Customs in Denmark waiting to have import duty or taxes paid on it. It has been there for almost 2 weeks. We do not nor have we EVER paid for a customers import duties or taxes. This is clearly stated in the "Shipping" info of the description of each item listed on eBay. It is the customers sole responsibility to pay for this and theirs alone. If eBay charges them taxes and customs does not accept that then they need to take that us with eBay.
