I have to say that this mobile phone is really quite good. It has many good features and I am pleased that I decided to buy it. It was 'a return' by someone else (who had changed their mind), but you wouldn't know it because it looks and feels like new. I don't know why the other buyer returned it. The phone works very well and has all the features I require. It is much better than the 'phone it is replacing.

Best flipfone I could find
This phone has an amazing torch built in to it, you could easily see by it down a dark country lane. Nice big buttons and three available alarms (if a bit involved in set-up). Very smart in appearance (the closest I'll ever come to owning a smartphone). Somewhat difficult to grip due to its shiny surfaces, could do with some strategically positioned grippy rubber bits on it. The docking station is a boon, not having to connect it to leads all the time. Nice big easy to read screens, and the SD card facility for storing music/photos on is well worth having. Quite good sound quality when listening to radio/music on speakerphone, and you don't necessarily have to have the headphones/antennae fitted to pick up excellent radio signals. Once you're used to it quite an excellent little phone for the money!

Comfortable in my pocket
I wanted a clam shell phone because my so called smart phone constantly took pictures of the inside of my pocket and it was difficult to find contacts. I like the radio and the volume is nice and loud. I'm still getting to grips with the SMS facility especially switching between capital and lower case letters.
