Item was exactly as described. It came with instructions which I didn't need as I am a qualified electrician. However the connections are standard and if you are replacing an existing socket it all fits nicely. It comes with screws but if you fitting over tiles keep the old ones or purchase extra long screws. The packaging is designed to protect the delicate surface but requires a lot of effort to break into.

Poor customer service - response times were terrible. Delivery - it says Royal Mail on site, so I decided to buy from seller as Royal Mail are very efficient - turns out it was Yodel who took 8 days to deliver the package!!
