Delivery
 
Our deliveries in the UK mainland are contracted to outside carriers who deliver Mondays to Fridays (excluding public holidays) between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM. A premium Saturday AM (9:00 AM to noon) delivery is available, at an additional charge of £11 per delivery; if you require this service, it must be specified at the time of ordering. Evening and Sunday deliveries are not available.
 
We will inform you by e-mail or telephone at least 48 hours prior to despatch of our expected delivery date. We regret that we are unable to specify exact delivery times within that date. All deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. If goods are showing obvious signs of damage in transit upon receipt, please refuse to accept the delivery.
 
Cancellations
 
We are pleased to offer a no-quibble cancellation policy, which is in addition to your statutory rights.
 
Should your purchase disappoint you in any way, you may normally cancel your purchase provided you notify us before, or within 14 days after delivery. Your product must be complete, unused and in “as new” condition (e. g., if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way). It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories. This policy excludes any custom sizes or bespoke products.
 
Your goods may be collected from the delivery address by arrangement with ourselves and may involve a collection charge. If another method of return is used you will be responsible for the costs. This does not effect your statutory rights.
 
Transit damage
 
All goods are examined in detail by ourselves prior to despatch to ensure that they leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, transit damage unfortunately can occur. If your purchase is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and notify us immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt. In either case, we will then arrange re-delivery of replacement goods as soon as possible.
 
Faulty goods
 
Goods are fully guaranteed against faults in manufacture, materials or workmanship for a period of 12 months from delivery. No warranty is made in respect of commercial rather than domestic use. If your goods develop a fault within 28 days of delivery, the goods may be returned for either refund in full, or replacement. Replacement only is offered after 28 days and before 12 months. These promises do not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

    Excellent Cot Bed Mattress

    I asked my daughter to measure the new mamas and papas cot that she had ordered and then I lookedat all the different mattresses on eBay. This one seemed to be the best. I ordered 140 X 70 size. Delivery was quick. Mattress was well wrapped. It is a Perfect fit. Has a superb sprung mattress with a lovely white cover. Looks and feels brilliant. Excellent communications with the Company... Can't rate this mattress enough. You will be thrilled if you order this mattress.

    Looking for a quality mattress for our 4yo Ladyship

    So many mattresses for children.... extreme higher price doesn't mean better quality/comfort, judging by the reviews. So many fabrication styles & types... well after spending hours searching & reading up, I went for this one, lower than my expected spend but was advertised in an honest manner, made in the UK (no worries therefore about imports skipping safety regulations with suspect materials. My daughter is precious and wont be sleeping on a respiratory timebomb. So this British made mattress arrived within a couple of days, postage included in price, and was firstly tested in the plastic bag on the kitchen floor by her Ladyship and was overjoyed at her new mattress, its so comfy Daddy, so it passed her test. Next I used my hands to check its bounce-back which was perfect, whilst it was ...
