Never had one before but happy with product. It does our tiled and hard wood floors very well. Easy to empty but would like to see the washable filter to be removable or replaceable.

The roller brush is not reliable. It constantly has to be cleaned during it's cleaning session. I have had other brands of robotic vacuums which the roller brush wasn't so troublesome.

Amazing machine on our tile floors. I can't imagine what the Roomba can do for $500 more! This is a great bargain. Only drawback is there is not a manual start. It runs on the clock schedule you set but you can set it for daily or 1 minute in the future. This is easily overlooked by the fantastic job it does cleaning our floors.

I've had the dirt dog for several years and got so use to it,so getting use to the Bissell will take a while. It doesn't seem to have the pick up ability as the dog, and gets stuck a lot. I have to refer to the book a lot because of the numbers being displayed. Other then a few dozen complaints it's easier then dragging my upright vacuum around.

Good value for the price. Easy to empty and I can NOT believe how much crud it picks up each day🙀! It gets the floors quite evenly clean. I have hard floor surfaces on the main level where I use it. Doesn’t work well for carpet or rugs. It will get hung up on them and runs down vey quickly. Requires frequent cleaning of the brush, but that means it’s working.! Most of the time it won’t fall down the stairs.
