    Absolutely brilliant, perfect size - fits in the wee pocket in my gym leggings. Its waterproof and sweat-proof. Loads of pages and plenty of space for details of weights, reps etc! I may order another as a spare!

    Sorry I really like it but it is just pages of paper, needs more content, I guess you wanted it for pocket use but as I progress I run out of space and end up writing on the sides, happy to show photo, U fortunately not able to show the 5 photos where I ran out of space
