Before I bought it I asked though if it was the clamp with the yellow pads or the one with the black pads, because the product image showed 2 different clamps. The seller said it was the yellow model. I received the black model. (note: other differences aside from color). The return was no hassle and every communication was positive with the seller.

    WONDERFUL herbed salt!

    We use this on everything! It has replaced regular table salt altogether (except for certain recipes). It is pungent, yet subtle. The flavor of the Sicilian sea salt is intense, so we don't use as much salt as we used to (a good thing!), plus the herbs (rosemary, garlic, sage, pepper) add such a nice bonus flavor, whether on meat, rice, vegetables, eggs, you name it. The herbs are blended FRESH rather than dried, which preserves the aromatic quality of the wild grown herbs. It's from Italy, where the brand is called Vignalta Sale Alle Erbe delle Marlunghe. The fresh rosemary, sage, and garlic are grown on the Marlunghe estate in the Venuto region of Italy.
