But the mains plug didn't have a plastic cover on the plug, so when I got it out of the box it slightly scratched the gold off the base when I took it out. I had two lamps and packaging was good up until then, but they had both got slightly scratched. This was disappointing because there wouldn't of been any scratches on the gold,if the plugs had had proper safety cover's on them in the first place.
