    it is too dry to apply easily

    the form is good since like the precision pen tip but it seems to be too dry to apply a dark enough line

    Just another lesson learned.. try before you buy. This liner is really light and the felt tip bleeds like when you write with an actual marker .

    Garbage

    This product is designed beautifully for use but the actual liquid in the liner itself is terrible quality. There is minimal pigmentation and looks like it was rubbed off. Complete waste of money.
