These knives are one of the best that I have ever owned. I can see that these knives will serve me well with regular maintenance. The value is satisfactory and the delivery was quick. Great set of high class cutlery.
A awesome set of knives....and VERY sharp! (Said the man with two Band-Aids on his hand.) A couple more blade choices would be nice as the block had open slots which tends to attract non J.A. Henckels knives.
