Seagate Barracuda 160GB hard drive
An excellent product. it has the size to cover most applicatioons and is a very reasonable purchase. the drive runs very quietly and is fast at access.

Minimum comfortable Volume size now for a Windows XP system drive.
Been using several 80GB HD`s in an XP Home system; I thought I`d try just using one 160 GB for everything and occasionally clone it to keep down on noise and power. Faster seek and file swapping too, utilising one disk.

seagate barracuda hard drive
Good fairly standard hard drive. There are plenty of these around and are used in the PC world range of computers so they cant be too bad.
