Delivery Schedule :
 
Our aim is to deliver all stock items ordered within 2 - 3 working days. Most orders confirmed online before 12.00 will be received the next working day depending on your location. We will contact you by email if there are any unexpected delays.
 
Damaged, Incorrect Orders or Shortages
 
China Parts will replace the item as soon as you report the problem to us. Please remember to quote your ebay order number with all correspondence. If we are unable to replace the item, we will refund you in full including shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights
 
For incorrect, damaged or not as described items, you must notify us in writing no later than 3 calendar days after delivery. We will require that you return the related items back to us either before the replacement can be sent to you, or within 2 working days after the replacement is dispatched, at the discretion of China Parts. We will refund you the return postage only if you include the relevant receipt. The Maximum return postage will be the equivalent cost of Royal Mail 2nd Class "Recorded Signed For" services for up to 1kg.
 
If you wish to report an item ‘ not received’ please allow 10 working days for UK orders and 20 working days for international orders following confirmation of dispatch before making a report.

Item not as described, I was sent a 14t sprocket instead of 13t that was shown on the listing meaning my bike has lost acceleration power. I only realised this after having it installed and being told by the mechanic. The seller told me I have to have it removed from the bike and sent back to them for a refund which would cost an additional £80+. No reasonable solution was offered to me. Be wary of this seller.

Absolute rubbish !.. The kit was correct and comes as described on the listing... No Motorcycle workshop would charge £80 to change a Sprocket and this was nothing other than a bid to get some kind of refund which I refused... We offered you a free return, Refund or Exchange but nothing other than money would have been acceptable to you... If we could leave a negative for you as a buyer then we would.. Sellers treat this buyer 'sdp.925' with extreme caution

    This battery is excellent!

    These batteries are really good.They hold their charge really well and last well as I know from one I fitted to an earlier machine. The choice of terminals and angles make fitting so easy compared with other brands. The option of mounting platforms - though not needed in my case - is really helpful too.

    Mottobatt Batteries

    I have used Mottobatt batteries for some time and find them impressive in terms of cranking power, no maintenance, and overall life. This battery was for a TR65 but this is the same battery as the Trident and the bike [that had been standing 8 years] started almost immediately. No pre-charging. It is worth paying a bit extra for a much better product in my opinion.

    Excellent.

    Was recommended this battery by a friend and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of it. You can have the positive o the left or right, whatever way your bike is set up and even a Allen key is supplied to fit the terminals. At under £50, this is excellent value and my Royal Alloy 125GP started first time after fitting.

    Superb battery

    I've used Motobatt batteries for years now and have never ever had a problem. You certainly notice the extra cold cranking current when you press the button... It turned my VFR750 engine over for 20 plus minutes and never eased- plenty more left in the pot too. (OK maybe putting diesel in the tank of my motorbike wasn't the best idea I'v ever had...) No spillage or sulphated terminals either....
