When seller was questioned on this he called me an ignorant buyer for not reading the description which again said 100% new. Seller offered a $10 refund which I accepted. Decent products. Shipping isn’t fast but it’s expected considering where it’s coming from and the shipping dates are accurately reflected in the listing. All items come in (mostly) original packaging.
