Sorry to hear that on this occasion you were disappointed. Viewing your photo, it may have been more accurate to rate the book as Good rather than Very Good. As for the price, $45 + postage is reasonable for this book in VG condition, given other online comparisons of $45-$60, and given that it was probably the only copy available online worldwide at the time you bought it.
