The product is robust and easy to handle (shack) a good sized hoper for the grass and a selection of grids for the different lengths of static grass. I've yet to buy a 9volt battery to try it so hopefully there will be no fault when I do. Delivery was prompt and all products received were sensibly packed and un-damaged. :-)
