    Easy to take and great for sleep.

    Before I took this pill I used to be awake for hours before I got to sleep. With this pill I get to sleep a lot quicker. I intend to buy more as my sleep has improved.

    Work well

    I just put this review on I waited to see if they worked. Yes they do I work nights have problems sleeping and suffer from stress . I found after taking this supplement I sleep better and don't feel stressed and don't feel depressed as much I would recommend them even if you jut use them for a month just to see if you feel any different I asked the supplier some questions before ordering .they e mailed me back and give good advice So I will be taking them long term Instead of the man made antidepressants the doctors dish out like smarties....

    Great company but sadly tablets didn’t work

    Received the tablets, well packed and on time. Sadly the tablets have helped my insomnia, though that’s not to say wouldn’t work for everyone. Previously I ordered the Griffonia seed tablets from the same company and they worked better for me.
