My Littman stethoscope broke on the ring that holds the membrane.. a replacement kit is $30 but I decided to try the (green) cardiology stethoscope from this seller (~$21.) This is an INCREDIBLE stethoscope for the money! It sounds louder & better than mine. The tubing is thick & wider in diameter (huge pro) & the ear pieces are not hard & feel identical to Littman. con: the plastic ring (same that broke on Littman) looks cheap & I suspect it won't last but... I am so happy!������
