    Loud, heavy but reliable

    I ended up taking it apart so I could mount binding posts on the front. I didn't really understand at the time, but this is not a floating supply. The ground seems to be connected to mains earth by about 400 ohms. If you don't mind the weight, size, and noise this a great value and its always better to buy used :)

    this is most reliable Power supply, because it has no mechanical switches which cause failure sooner or later. Digital programming way to go for easy set up precise output voltage and cut off current. Highly recommended for a heavy usage with different settings.
