My only ask if you can double bag or use stronger packaging. Mine had torn and it was the inner bubble wrap just holding it together... a heavy handed postman would have split it in transit...

TM Aquatix were very helpful in sorting this product out for me. i think it was great value for money i could be wrong as never brought dragon rock before but i am happy with purchase and will definitely deal with these people again. Thank you TM Aquatix Its now all washed and ready for my tanks

Was a slight delay in receiving as parcel force van broke down on delivery day was not informed by parcel force so sat in all day for nothing! This was nothing to do with seller and I have raised concern with parcel force so in future they contact if issue their end.
