I tried to do the decent thing & contact seller but he implied everyone knows the bail is included & apparently eBay agree? I've since seen that others also were not expecting such a small pendant, yet the seller can't just put "not including bail". Was told a return would be free but the seller then accused me of trying to fraudulently return an item for free.
