Easy to take
I waited until I had used nearly a months worth before I did the review. My IBS is a lot better, not perfect but I am hopeful. I have tried powders which are a lot cheaper & last for ages as you don’t need much. They stopped working for me & maybe because I had had the powders for a while & they lost their potency. Anyway I shall buy another months worth & see how I go. Anything is worth a try if you suffer from IBS.I waited until I had used nearly a months worth before I did the review. Did nothing for me
I gave this a go over a 2 month period and bought 2 bottles - one on eBay and one from another company. Honestly saw no improvement to bloating or gut health whatsoever. Better results eating raw kimchi daily although that hadn’t changed bloating. Had high hopes for these tablets and they resolutely failed to deliver any results.

Perceived benefits somewhat over estimated.
This product probably does no more that provide roughage in your diet, and there is very little evidence it does anything else. Personally I would advise buying some raw bran from your local health store and adding a couple of spoonfuls to your morning serial - certainly be a lot cheaper.

Have been taking them just over a week and as yet, no significant changes. Although I think my sleeping is improving slightly. I will continue with them and finish the one months supply that I bought and decide whether to continue after that

Best I've felt in ages
I was slightly sceptic about this product. I have waited until I've been using for a couple of weeks to assess it fairly. I've had IBS for decades. Sometimes it's been better than others, but recently a lot of bloating, bad sleeping patterns and a digestive system which was sluggish at best. I noticed after taking Baobab for a few days the bloating and sluggishness had gone. I was also sleeping much better and feeling generally much happier and more productive.
