seller was nice & answered any? that i had. this is a beautiful warm terrycloth robe with a hood hard to find gave to for my husband for holidays &he loves it!YOU SHOULD WASH SEPARATLY.YOU WILL HAVE A WASHER FULL OF BLUE WATER AND THICK PIECES OF THEADS EVERYWEAR which i had expexted i wahed/rinced this robe several times. i wiped out the lint etc after the final wash was done. my dryer was full of blue threads and lint which i had expeded i dryed it in the dryer& hung outside to finish drying

This product is very far from Luxury, rather has a substandard quality. It is made in Pakistan( I didn't find any confirmation about the Egyptian cotton advertised) and after the first wash, I had to spend about 20 minutes cleaning up all the loose strings and cotton balls it discharged. This product won't make its way to be sold at any respected retailer with quality like this, as they would have to handle a lot of returns and refunds.
