Really great price for the quality and quick delivery via tracked Yodel within 2 days of ordering! Quality looks really good & strong. Each comes with their own lock and key, new. Wheelied suitcase has zipped compartment to store away the handle when not in use. Wheels could be a little sturdier when empty, but don't think it will be a problem when have clothes in it to flattened the bottom out more.

I initially received the wrong bag but the supplier rectified this very quickly and efficiently. Mistakes happen, but when they do it's the way they are resolved that tells you how good the customer service is. I can certainly vouch for the quality of customer support from Packed Direct.
