Sinus wash
This is a brilliant product although slightly expensive for a plastic bottle. I used this after and operation to remove a cyst and I have found it invaluable on a regular basis. It help relieve sinus congestion, easy Hayfever symptoms and defend against colds and phlegmy throats caused by post nasal drip. It’s weird at first but I can’t recommend it enough. No need to buy replacement sachets just use half a teaspoon of ordinary salt with Luke warm boiled water and you’re good to go! Neilmed Sinus Rinse bottle with 10 premixed sachets.
It's just a squeezy bottle with rather poor quality looking seams on it (not designed to last). The sachets could be replicated using himalayan salt, really. It was easy to use, no choking or drowning feelings, but nothing came out whatsoever and I KNOW that my sinuses carry unpleasant material. This product doesn't and cannot reach the recesses of our sinuses, it merely washes through one nostril and out of the other. Fifth repeat purchase
This is the fifth of these bottles I have bought, NeilMed Sinus Rinse having been recommended by a hospital consultant, so you can tell I find the product really helpful. The bottle delivers a large volume of rinse easily and gently, and helps to keep the sinuses and nasal passages clear and comfortable.

Good product, but rather pricey
I have been using the bottles for at least 2 years. Very good. You can, however, make your own mix (as per recipe given by my hospital consultant), so I would prefer to just be able to buy the bottles separately. I am sure they make you buy both, so they can charge more.
