Music Nomad F-ONE Fretboard Oil
I previously used Lemon Oil or Teak Oil on my absorbent Rosewood and Teak fretboards on my Guitars and Bass, to keep them hydrated. I tried the Music Nomad product. It is pressed from Tree Bark and several varieties of Nuts. It contains no petroleum products. It cleans the fretboard and keeps it from shrinking. A little goes a very long way. I much prefer it.

best for maple
Recommended for maple fingerboards, I've only used it on one so far. It didn't absorb quite as much as I expected, but that's probably due to the closeness of the grain. It did bring out the grain and left a lovely smooth finish which improved the playing. Will use it on my other twelve guitars and basses.

Easy to apply, no stickiness. Did an excellent job rejuvenating the rosewood fretboard of an acoustic that had been languishing in someone's garage long enough for the machine heads to rust
