The instruction manual is a readable photocopy.
I was required to pay additional postage in order to receive the package. On 9th March I messaged the seller with a photo of the envelope and the following: “Please note there was insufficient postage paid. I was required to pay £1.50 to Royal Mail before they would deliver the letter. An A4 letter is classified as a large letter and postage is minimum £1.55.”
