    I've rated neutral rather than positive, simply because we bought two items which were packaged together, but still charged two full postage costs, which I feel was unfair. Checking the delivery cost with the delivery company, it was less than £8.99 (the charge we paid for each item). I understand costs of packaging also need including, but it was packaged in a used box, not a new one. Maybe the seller would consider refunding one delivery cost.
