We accept all major credit & debit cards but regretfully cannot accept American Express at this time. We can also accept cheques from either a business or personal kind but you will have to bear in mind we work on a basis of 10 working days from the cheque arrives to dispatch the goods. We are happy to accept payments via PayPal.
If you are an international customer, please be aware that at the point of payment your card issuing bank will convert the amount paid in UK pounds to your currency at the current exchange rate. This may incur a charge.

VAT is included on all purchases which means that the price you see is what you pay unless delivery charges are involved.
 
We intend to keep our advertised stock levels accurate but in the event that this does not occur & an order has been placed we will notify the customer as soon as possible to discuss alternative options.
 
No items are supplied on a trial basis.
 
The courier will try to deliver your parcel three times, if they have no contact from the buyer after the third attempt they will return your shipment to us. Any additional carriage charges will be chargeable to the buyer.

    Useful features

    The MT version allows changes of speed without key change. This is very handy for practising orchestral pieces with the music in the background. There may be other CD / USB players with this facility but I'm not aware of them and I believe the MT is no longer available, which is a pity.
