1.1 globarro.co.uk trademark is owned by Globarro LTD. Copyrights of logos, photos, templates and other content of this website are owned Globarro LTD, our suppliers and authorised business partners. All content is presented for client’s personal use only and cannot be copied, distributed or re-used for any commercial purposes.
1.2 Globarro LTD is registered in UK and Wales Company House and VAT registered. We do issue VAT invoices when required.
1.3 Nature of Globarro LTD business is an online sale through globarro.co.uk website. At present, we do not have showroom or stationary sale office other than the website. All products are available to view through the website only. Please visit “About” tab to read more.
2. Orders
2.1 By placing an order via Globarro.co.uk, you agree to its terms and conditions as well as delivery and return policy.
2.2 Orders are being processed after full payment is made in full via one of payment methods available in store, including product and delivery cost when/if applicable. Occasionally we may agree to alternative payment method however these arrangements must be confirmed individually.
2.3 Client is responsible for providing correct item details e.g. measurement, colour etc. and checking if selected options are correct before placing order. Bespoke items ordered incorrectly are not refundable.
2.4 Changes and cancellations of the orders are accepted up to 24 hours from initial confirmation. After this period

2.6 Availability of items, listed specification and prices change time to time. We reserve rights to withdraw or amend them without notice.
3. Products
3.1 We source products offered in our store directly from various manufacturers. Changes to products availability and order turnover not always depend on us. In event of products being unavailable or delayed we guarantee to inform our clients as soon as it’s discovered and refund full amount, unless they agree in writing to change their order to similar available product suggested by us.
3.2 Products listed in our store carry manufacture guarantee which is assigned to products individually.
3.3 Photos presented on this website are for general presentation. Colours or texture may vary depending on equipment used to open the website, brightness, contrast and other user settings. Bespoke items such as gates, differ occasionally to meet individual requests, in rare circumstances due to shortage of the parts used in production.
3.4 Natural and prefabricated timber is being used in range of our products. As commonly known, timber reacts to adverse weather condition such as extreme temperatures, humidity, exposure to sun etc. Despite professional methods of seasoning and reinforcing the wood, planks may react to incorrect usage by shrinking, cracking and fading therefore it’s client’s responsibility to assess the location where the product is going to be used before purchasing.
3.5 Incorrect fitting, mechanical damage or unauthorised tampering with the original structure will lead to the warranty claims being rejected. 3.6 Any manufacture faults must be reported in writing to info@globarro.co.uk before fitting. Once reported, including submitting exact description of the fault, supportive photos etc. we will liaise with manufacture representative to investigate it, then respond to the claim within 14 days from submitting complete details.
3.7 Any products sold as “promotion” or “special offer” due to being post display, previously returned etc. are not refundable unless stated otherwise.
4. Privacy
4.1 Before checkout can be completed Globarro LTD require full name, delivery address, phone number and if applicable other personal details of the buyer in order to beginning transaction.
4.2 Details of all buyers are kept confidentially within company and hosting server for purpose of future delivery and guaranty.
4.3 Registered users can access, view and change their details via log in tab available on the website.
4.4 Globarro LTD will share buyers details only with courier company and business partners involved in purchase.
4.5 Globarro LTD will not share, sale or publish details of registered users with any bodies which are not involved in purchase or legally authorised to view them.
5. Delivery
5.1 We aim to deliver purchased items as fast as possible. Approximate delivery time is included in each product specification.
5.2 Due to often large size and excessive weight of most of the items, deliveries are usually made by specialised man + van companies.
5.3 Deliveries are made 7 days a week. Clients are being informed about estimated delivery date&time in advance. In event of delivery being required at specific day or time, this information must be included in checkout notes – additional charges may apply.
5.4 Delivery time depends on current manufacturer workload, availability of heavy goods courier company and individual order instructions.
5.5 Items will be delivered to the front door or instructed location of ground floor only. Assistance in carrying item further should be arranged with the delivery team and it’s isn’t guaranteed or included in the standard price.
5.6 Buyers must check condition of the item at courier’s presence. Any damage potentially caused during transit will not be accepted by courier company if it’s reported after courier leave buyer’s premises.
5.7 In event of client’s absence, deliveries can be still made by purchased item being left in “safe” location provided in writing by client. In event of client or their representative absence when delivered item cannot be checked in courier’s presence, rights to claim damage or return item based on any damage are being void.
5.8 Presented, standard delivery option and price applies to England mainland only. We do offer deliveries to Scotland, Wales, France, Italy, Spain and Germany however such deliveries must be arranged in advance and additional charge agreed.
6. Returns
6.1 We do accept order cancellations and returns of items purchased on this website. Return criteria are as follows:
– Item must be returned to us within 7 days from delivery. – Customer must inform us in writing by sending note to info@globarro.co.uk including,
purchase date, full name and reason.
– Buyer is responsible for arranging courier are pick up cost of the return.
– Buyer must inform us in writing about courier details and day&time of delivery.
– Returned item isn’t bespoke to client measurements or other preferences.
– Returned item arrives in original package and condition.
– Returned item hasn’t been damaged or fitted before return.
6.2 Globarro LTD will refund the cost of the item via the same payment method as buyer payed for the item, within 14 days from receiving returned goods.
6.3 Delivery and return costs are not refundable unless received product doesn’t meet agreed criteria.
6.4 We cannot accept returns of product being bespoke to client requirements, unless the product doesn’t meet these requirements which were previously confirmed in writing.
