More Importantly the "bar" size was the same as a Toffee-Crisp from a supermarket multipack Roughly 1 inch square by 5 inches. It was enough for me to mid cap a 50x50mm square duct which had 1/4 cable fill and I was pleased to use it to prevent smells carried via airflow, largely sealing the void, impinging air flows caused by pressure or heat differences. I do a lot of outside lights etc and SWA's so this will come in handy to encapsulate wago's and the like to stop ingress of damp/moisture. Better value for money when compared to named brands that only do 250g and cost more. No brainer really.
