Live Fish sales are eligible for partial refund if any are DOA. We may request any DOA fish are returned to us prior to issue of refund. Please contact us before disposal.

We will only used licensed couriers to transport fish on a day agreed by both parties. This may be delayed if extreme weather conditions prevent safe transport of live fish.

Sizes of fish may vary seasonally and we reserve the right to substitute for same type in larger sizes where required.

Claims for missing fish can only be made if the fish are photographed in an unopened bag. We cannot accept claims for missing fish if they have been released from the bag as we are unable to verify the quantity received. Missing fish that are verified as above will be refunded. We do not send replacements unless travelling with an additional order.

Failed deliveries are not eligible for any DOA claims. An agreement is made before sending that there will be a recipient for the live fish. If you fail to meet this agreement. Fish will be left safe, but not eligible for any claims for Missing or DOA.

Claims for damages, including missing and dead on arrival (DOA) directly related to damages, will only be considered if the item was signed for as damaged. We will not reimburse if the product(s)/Live fish were signed for as in satisfactory condition.

Claims for DOA mus be received before 1700 on the day of arrival for consideration for a refund.

The terms and conditions are agreed to by both parties upon checkout completion.

Terms and conditions are in place to protect both the buyer and MF Aquatics. We endeavor to resolve any issues in the first instance but require your help on the above to ensure any issues can be resolved.
