All returns must be returned with an RMA number. Please contact us to authorise and arrange the return. Our returns/refund policy is in accordance with EU distance-selling regulations (2000), which outlines your rights to cancel your order. We refund or replace provided that items are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging. If your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may require proof of any damage that has occurred in transit in order to claim with the delivery company. Please therefore do not dispose of the damaged item or packaging as this will void any claim. We may require that the damaged or imperfect goods are returned, in which case return postage will be covered by us and refunded upon receipt, and in most cases we will require a photo of the damage to be forwarded by email.     Great little toaster

    The toaster is lightweight and compact and produces good results. The only down side is there are two lights amber and green but nowhere in the instructions does it tell you what they mean. Amber is to show the appliance is on and I believe green is when the toaster has reached temperature. However a great little toaster.

    Great sandwich toaster, easy to clean.

    Others we have bought in the past have all stuck and very messy to clean, but this one is great, just a small spray of oil and you are ready to go.

    Great to use in place of toaster

    It does exactly what I wanted it for and it stores away vertically so it takes up less space and the power lead is just right for where I plug it in

    Great wee buy!

    Not had a toaster in years. My teenage son mentioned he'd like one so I purchased this. So glad I did. Looks really good, great price, easy to use and clean. Can't believe I've done without one so long!
