    Didn't ship until 11 days after I paid. Didn't receive until 18 days after payment. Customer service was non-existent. I emailed twice with no response whatsoever. Worst experience I've ever had on eBay. I explained it was a gift and date needed by, they didn't care, still didn't ship. Asked them to cancel order and refund, but again, no response. Shirt itself is beautiful and of good quality, but selling on eBay requires great customer service, this service was terrible.
